Helen began her real estate career in 2000 after earning her real estate license in Maryland, where she worked with residential buyers and sellers, guiding clients through every step of the home buying and selling process. In 2008, she transitioned into working with bank-owned and corporate-owned properties, developing specialized expertise in REO asset management, investor sales, and complex property transactions.

In 2022, after battling breast cancer, Helen and her family made the life-changing decision to relocate to Southwest Florida — a place they had always dreamed of calling home. After facing one of the most difficult challenges of her life, the experience reinforced an important perspective: life is too short not to pursue the things that truly matter. That realization led her family to make the move and start a new chapter in Southwest Florida.

Today, Helen continues to focus on helping financial institutions, asset managers, and investors successfully market and sell properties throughout the region. Her background in both traditional residential real estate and distressed or institutional assets gives her a unique understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and efficient property disposition.

Real estate is also a family business. Helen now works alongside her daughter, who is also a licensed real estate professional in Southwest Florida. Together, they combine experience, dedication, and a shared commitment to providing exceptional service to their clients.
